Ugly Sweater Christmas Party 2008

On December the 6th we had our Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. Our friends, family, and coworkers gathered in the ugliest Christmas sweaters they could find for a chance to win the coveted Ugliest Christmas Sweater trophy.

We had an awesome time. About 40 people showed up and we played games, awarded prizes and enjoyed delicious fondue. This will definitely be an annual tradition, although we might have to start holding it in a church or something because we were pretty much full to capacity.
Evan and Janae all cute in their matching sweaters

I'm having a baby shower at my house and thought your fondue idea would be great. If you have a minute could you send me the recipes you used. Thank you so much.

I am so sad I missed it. Sam had something going on that night, but I didn't. Unfortunately he didn't remember the details about the party enough to tell me about it (granted he was going to a concert of one of his favorite bands, so he was a little distracted). It looks like it was tons of fun and I look forward to attending next year. I got your blog address from your cute Christmas card and I am excited to learn even more about you and your fam.
PS How do you know Lisa and Doug? I went to high school with Lisa.
