Baby is growing up so fast he's almost not a baby anymore! I can't believe that a YEAR has almost past! He has been such a cutie-pie and gets cuter every day if that is possible. He finally has four teeth - two on top and two on the bottom (although the top ones are taking their sweet time). He has gone from army crawling to full-on crawling and can go up stairs (hasn't figured out the down part yet) much to Mommy's relief.
He has also learned two new words and some sign language!!! I just can't believe how smart he is! He can now say "more" (which Daddy has also heard) and "all done" (which Omi has also heard) and does the sign for both. I had almost given up on the sign language when he just started doing it one day - now I have to learn more so I can communicate better with him. Of course, he says a million things all day long in his own language and I'm pretty sure he can understand everything I say. Don't know if he's getting the Chinese down but we'll keep trying.
He's also going through a super-clingy stage right now. He ALWAYS has to be on me in some way whether I'm holding him or he's crawling and climbing all over me when we sit on the floor. It gets a little old sometimes when I'm trying to get things done but I'm thrilled it finally seems like he loves me (more than anyone else he he). I guess I should enjoy it while I can. When he's not on me he's busy getting into everything he shouldn't. His little personality is definitely shinning through and I love it - he seems a lot like his Daddy.
